How I Can Help You

My practice provides practical and personalized therapy for the following:

Allow me to guide you in exploring ways to deal with issues that you find most stressful, frustrating, or overwhelming like a loss, bereavement, and adjustments to life-altering illnesses such as cancer.

I will provide you with practical tools and resources that will help balance your daily life. Likewise, I will offer you a safe and confidential place to explore your feelings, concerns, values, needs, and hopes. Talk to me about your anticipatory grief, bereavement, and other aspects of adjustment to your life transitions and losses.
